About Steve Lukather

Steve Lukather is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, and founding member of the rock band Toto since 1978. He is the sole continuous member of the group throughout its history. Lukather has also worked extensively as a session musician, contributing to Michael Jackson's Thriller album and recordings by Boz Scaggs. He won Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Record of the Year with Toto for Toto IV in 1982.

Lukather continued with Toto through a 40th anniversary tour from 2016 to 2019. He released solo albums I Found the Sun Again in 2021 and Bridges in June 2023, and published his memoir The Gospel According to Luke in 2018.
