About Kristen Merlin

Kristen Merlin is an American country singer and songwriter from Hanson, Massachusetts. She gained national recognition as a Top 5 finalist on Season 6 of NBC's The Voice in 2014, competing on Shakira's team. Her blind audition performance of Sugarland's "Something More" turned chairs from both Adam Levine and Shakira. She released her debut EP "Boomerang" in January 2015, which reached #2 on Billboard's Heatseekers Northeast chart, followed by a second EP "Humans Being" in 2019.
