About Rick Nielsen (second interview)
Rick Nielsen is the lead guitarist and primary songwriter for the rock band Cheap Trick, formed in 1973. Known for hit singles including "I Want You to Want Me," "Surrender," "Dream Police," and the number one hit "The Flame," Nielsen has been a fixture in rock music for over five decades. He is recognized for his custom-made guitars, including a famous five-neck model from Hamer Guitars, and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
