About Rich Dodson
Rich Dodson is a guitarist, vocalist, and founding member of the Canadian rock band The Stampeders, formed in 1964. He wrote the band's signature hit "Sweet City Woman," which reached number one in Canada and number eight on the US Billboard chart in 1971. Dodson also penned other notable tracks including "Carry Me," "Wild Eyes," and "Devil You." He was inducted into the SOCAN Hall of Fame in 1994 and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2006.
