Dion DiMucci, known mononymously as Dion, is a rock and roll pioneer from the Bronx who rose to fame as lead singer of Dion and the Belmonts before launching a successful solo career. His signature hits include the chart-topping "Runaround Sue" and "The Wanderer." Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989, he has continued recording across multiple decades, earning particular acclaim in the blues genre.
