About Dave Somerville

Dave Somerville was a Canadian singer and co-founder of The Diamonds, serving as lead vocalist on all 16 of the group's Billboard chart hits between 1955 and 1961. He sang lead on their signature hit "Little Darlin'," which reached #2 in 1957 and became the year's third best-selling single. Somerville later co-wrote "The Ballad of the Unknown Stuntman," the theme song for the television series The Fall Guy, and made acting appearances on Star Trek and other shows.
