About Hunter Hearst Helmsley
Paul Michael Levesque, known as Triple H, is a professional wrestler and business executive who became one of WWE's most decorated performers. A 14-time world champion, he won nine WWF/WWE Championships and five World Heavyweight Championships. He co-founded D-Generation X, headlined WrestleMania seven times, and won King of the Ring in 1997 and the Royal Rumble twice. After a distinguished in-ring career, he transitioned to executive leadership within WWE.
Since this interview
Triple H won his 1997 King of the Ring tournament and went on to capture multiple world championships and headline numerous WrestleManias. He suffered heart failure in September 2021 and announced his retirement from in-ring competition on March 25, 2022, officially retiring at WrestleMania 38 in April 2022. He appeared at the White House in 2025.
