About Justin Hayward
Justin Hayward is an English musician who joined The Moody Blues in 1966 as lead singer, guitarist, and principal songwriter. He wrote the band's signature songs "Nights in White Satin" and "Tuesday Afternoon" for their 1967 album Days of Future Passed. His solo work includes the 1978 hit "Forever Autumn" from Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds. He received an Ivor Novello Award for Outstanding Achievement in 2013 and an OBE in 2022.
