About Howie Long
Howie Long was a defensive end for the Oakland and Los Angeles Raiders from 1981 to 1993, earning eight Pro Bowl selections and a Super Bowl XVIII championship in 1983. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000, he transitioned to broadcasting as a Fox NFL Sunday analyst beginning in 1994. He also pursued an acting career with roles in films including Broken Arrow, Firestorm, and 3000 Miles to Graceland.
