About Gary Puckett (second interview)
Gary Puckett is an American singer best known as lead vocalist for Gary Puckett & The Union Gap. The band achieved six consecutive gold records in 1968 with hits including "Woman, Woman," "Young Girl," and "Lady Willpower." Puckett received a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 1969 and appeared twice on The Ed Sullivan Show. He has continued performing on classic pop tours and recording albums interpreting contemporary love songs.
