About Cheryl Wheeler (third interview)
Cheryl Wheeler is an American folk singer-songwriter and comedian born in Timonium, Maryland. She has recorded thirteen folk albums since 1983 and is known for blending observational humor with her musical performances. Her songs have been recorded by major artists including Dan Seals, whose version of "Addicted" reached number one on the Billboard Country chart in 1988, and Suzy Bogguss, whose recording of "Aces" reached number nine in 1992. She was inducted into the Rhode Island Music Hall of Fame in 2014.
