Helen Reddy was an Australian-born singer and actress who achieved international fame with the feminist anthem "I Am Woman," which reached No. 1 in the U.S. and Canada in 1972. She earned three U.S. No. 1 hits including "Delta Dawn" and "Angie Baby," and won a 1973 Grammy Award for Best Female Vocal Pop Performance. Her acting credits included roles in "Airport 1975" and Walt Disney's "Pete's Dragon."
