About John Pizzarelli
John Pizzarelli is a jazz guitarist and vocalist who has recorded over twenty solo albums and appeared on more than forty albums by other artists. Known for his tribute albums to Cole Porter, Frank Sinatra, and Paul McCartney, he has collaborated with artists including Paul McCartney, James Taylor, and Rosemary Clooney. He co-produced James Taylor's Grammy Award-winning album "American Standard" and hosts the national radio show "Radio Deluxe" with his wife Jessica Molaskey.

Since this interview
Pizzarelli won a Grammy Award in 2021 as co-producer of James Taylor's "American Standard" album.
