A.J. Croce is a singer-songwriter who has released albums spanning multiple genres from his self-titled debut produced by T-Bone Burnett through collaborations with artists including Ry Cooder, Ben Harper, and Allen Toussaint. His work ranges from jazz and stride piano influences to rock and roll, earning recognition including Best Pop Album at the 2004 San Diego Music Awards. The son of Jim Croce, he has also toured performing his father's music in the "Croce Sings Croce" series.

Croce's wife Marlo Gordon Croce died in 2018 of a rare heart virus. He released the cover album "By Request" in 2021 and "Heart of the Eternal" produced by Shooter Jennings in 2025.
