About Terry Funk
Terry Funk was a professional wrestler and actor whose career spanned over five decades. Born in Hammond, Indiana, he captured the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in 1975 and became a two-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion. Known for pioneering the hardcore wrestling style, Funk competed across multiple promotions and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2009. He also appeared in films including Paradise Alley with Sylvester Stallone.
