About Mort Drucker
Mort Drucker was a legendary caricaturist and illustrator best known for his five-decade association with Mad Magazine, where he contributed over 400 stories from 1956 to 2008. His exaggerated yet instantly recognizable celebrity portraits defined Mad's movie and television parodies. Beyond Mad, he illustrated the bestselling JFK Coloring Book, created the movie poster for American Graffiti, and produced seven Time magazine covers now held in the National Portrait Gallery. He received the National Cartoonists Society Reuben Award in 1987.

Drucker was inducted into the Eisner Award Hall of Fame in 2010 and the National Cartoonists Society Hall of Fame in 2017. He died on April 9, 2020, at age 91 at his home in Woodbury, New York.
