E. G. Daily (Elizabeth Ann Guttman) is an American voice actress and singer born in Los Angeles. She voiced Tommy Pickles on Rugrats and its spin-off All Grown Up!, Buttercup on The Powerpuff Girls, and Rudy Tabootie on ChalkZone. Her live-action work includes Dottie in Pee-wee's Big Adventure. As a recording artist, she released four studio albums between 1985 and 2008, with her 1986 single Say It, Say It reaching number one on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart.
