Frank Vincent was an American character actor renowned for his portrayals of mobsters and tough-guy roles in Martin Scorsese films and HBO's The Sopranos. Born in North Adams, Massachusetts, and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, he appeared in Raging Bull, Goodfellas, and Casino before playing Phil Leotardo on The Sopranos from 2004 to 2007.
