About Barry Livingston
Barry Livingston is an American actor best known for his role as Ernie Douglas on the television series My Three Sons from 1963 to 1972. The younger brother of actor Stanley Livingston, he began his career as a child actor and has maintained a steady presence in film and television for over six decades. His later work includes appearances in Mad Men, The New Adventures of Old Christine, and films such as Argo, Jersey Boys, and War Dogs. He authored the memoir The Importance of Being Ernie in 2011.
