About Archie Kao
Archie Kao is an American actor and producer born December 14, 1969 in Washington, D.C. He gained recognition as Kai Chen, the Blue Ranger in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (1999), then appeared in over 100 episodes of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Archie Johnson (2001–2012). His television work includes series regular roles in Chicago P.D. as Detective Sheldon Jin and recent appearances in Rabbit Hole (2023) and Interior Chinatown (2024).

Kao continued steady television work, becoming a series regular on Chicago P.D. starting in 2013. He appeared in films including Blackhat (2015) and Snow Flower and the Secret Fan. Recent roles include main cast positions in Rabbit Hole (2023) and Interior Chinatown (2024). He married actress Zhou Xun in 2014; they divorced in 2020.
