About Alita St. James
Aleta St. James is an energy healer, intuitive life coach, and author who co-founded The Guardian Angels with her brother Curtis Sliwa. She performed in the musical Hair in Amsterdam in 1968 and later built a practice combining psychic power, aromatherapy, breath work, and meditation. She authored Life Shift: Let Go and Live Your Dreams and became internationally known for giving birth to twins via IVF at age 57 in 2004.
Since this interview
St. James has continued her global work as an energy healer and life coach into her late seventies. She was invited to serve as an associate board member of Yale Mental Health & Spirituality Center and has presented at conferences including the Own Your Worth Women's Conference in Las Vegas. Her twins are now in their twenties pursuing independent careers.
