About Donna Douglas
Donna Douglas was an American actress and singer best known for portraying Elly May Clampett on the television series The Beverly Hillbillies, which aired from 1962 to 1971. She appeared in the 1966 film Frankie and Johnny with Elvis Presley. Beyond acting, Douglas pursued gospel music, authored the children's book Donna's Critters and Kids: Children's Stories with a Bible Touch, and published the cookbook Southern Favorites with a Taste of Hollywood in 2013.
