About Scott Innes
Scott Innes is an American voice actor, radio personality, author, and songwriter born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He became the voice of Scooby-Doo starting in 1998 with Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island and also voiced Shaggy Rogers in multiple films. His voice work extends to classic characters including Fred Flintstone, Barney Rubble, Popeye, and Bugs Bunny. He won the CMA Award for Air Personality of the Year in 1998 and wrote the song Handprints on the Wall recorded by Kenny Rogers.

Innes has continued voicing Scooby-Doo and Shaggy sporadically since 2010 for toys, commercials for McDonald's, Halifax, and Walmart, and theme park attractions. He served as ring announcer in the 2024 film The Iron Claw and appeared as a special guest at Missouri Comic Con in February 2025.
