About Tina Yothers
Tina Yothers is an American actress and singer born in Whittier, California. She gained widespread recognition as Jennifer Keaton on the NBC sitcom Family Ties, which aired from 1982 to 1989. Her early film work included Shoot the Moon and The Cherokee Trail. As a teenager, she released music singles and later became lead singer of the rock band Jaded. She also authored Being Your Best: Tina Yothers' Guide for Girls in 1987.

Following the 1998 interview, Yothers appeared on reality television programs including Celebrity Wife Swap in 2012 and What Not to Wear in 2013. In 2016, she joined other parents in an effort to prevent a children's charter school.
