About Sheila Kelley
Sheila Kelley is an American actress born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who gained recognition playing Gwen Taylor on the legal drama L.A. Law from 1990 to 1993. She later appeared as Dr. Charlotte Bennett Hayes on Sisters and had recurring roles on Lost and The Good Doctor. Beyond acting, Kelley founded the S Factor fitness method and authored a book on the workout program, establishing herself as both performer and entrepreneur.
