About Jon Lindstrom

Jon Robert Lindstrom is an American actor, writer, director, producer, and musician born October 18, 1957, in Medford, Oregon. He is best known for playing dual roles on ABC's General Hospital and its spin-off Port Charles: the villainous Dr. Ryan Chamberlain and the heroic Dr. Kevin Collins. Lindstrom has received multiple Daytime Emmy nominations and won a Soap Opera Digest Award in 2000. He is also a drummer with the band The High Lonesome and published his debut novel, Hollywood Hustle, in 2024.

In 2024, he published his debut novel Hollywood Hustle, which became a USA Today bestseller. He separated from spouse Cady McClain in 2024 after ten years of marriage.
