About Joe E. Tata (Entertainment Minute)
Joe E. Tata was an American television actor who appeared in over 238 episodes of Beverly Hills, 90210 as Nat Bussichio, the beloved owner of the Peach Pit diner, across all ten seasons from 1990 to 2000. Born in New York City, he built a prolific television career with roles in No Time for Sergeants, Batman, The Rockford Files, and Lost in Space. He reprised his signature role in three episodes of the 90210 spinoff in 2008.

Since this interview
Tata reprised his role as Nat Bussichio in three episodes of the 90210 spinoff in 2008. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2018 and placed under conservatorship in 2019. He died on August 24, 2022, at age 85 in Los Angeles.
