About Sean Whalen

Sean Whalen is an American actor and writer born May 19, 1964 in Washington, D.C. He gained widespread recognition in the first "Got Milk?" commercial (1993), directed by Michael Bay, playing a history buff unable to answer "Aaron Burr" with peanut butter in his mouth. His film work includes The People Under the Stairs (1991) and Twister (1996). Television credits include Special Unit 2, Unfabulous, and Lost. He later taught comedy at Studio 4, James Franco's film and acting school in North Hollywood, until it closed in 2017.

Whalen continued steady television work, appearing in four episodes of Lost (2009–2010) as Neil "Frogurt" and fourteen episodes of Unfabulous (2004–2007) as Coach Pearson. More recently, he provided motion capture for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (2023) and appeared in 34 episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful (2007-2011 and 2024) as Carl Ferret.
