David Wild is an American writer, critic, and television producer specializing in music and entertainment. Born in Tenafly, New Jersey, he served as a contributing editor at Rolling Stone magazine and hosted Bravo's "Musicians" interview series in 2001. Wild has written for the Grammy Awards since 2001 and became a producer in 2016, earning an Emmy nomination for "America: A Tribute to Heroes." He authored books including "Friends: The Official Companion" and "And the Grammy Goes To."
