About David Cohen

David X. Cohen is an American television writer who co-developed the animated series Futurama with Matt Groening, serving as head writer, executive producer, and showrunner. He previously wrote for The Simpsons, contributing episodes including "Lisa the Vegetarian" and coining the word "cromulent." Cohen also wrote two early Beavis and Butt-Head episodes in 1992. He has won four Primetime Emmy Awards, two for Futurama and two for The Simpsons.
