About Charles Nelson Reilly
Charles Nelson Reilly was an actor, comedian, director, and drama teacher who won a Tony Award in 1962 for Best Featured Actor in a Musical in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. He appeared in original Broadway productions including Bye Bye Birdie and Hello, Dolly! and became widely known as a regular panelist on Match Game in the 1970s, celebrated for his sardonic wit and double entendres. He made 97 appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and provided voices for animated projects including All Dogs Go to Heaven.
