About Peter Max
Peter Max is a pop artist born in Berlin in 1937, known for psychedelic and pop art paintings that became iconic during the 1960s counterculture movement. He created the first environmental U.S. postage stamp for Expo '74 and served as Official Artist for major events including the 1994 World Cup, Grammy Awards, and Super Bowl.
