About Joanie Greggains
Joanie Greggains was a fitness instructor, television host, and author who brought exercise programming into American homes for decades. She hosted the nationally syndicated television show "Morning Stretch" from 1982 to 2000 and produced fifteen exercise videos that sold over ten million copies. She authored "Fit Happens" and co-authored "The Fat Flush Plan" and "The Fat Flush Fitness Plan," and later hosted health-focused radio programs in Northern California.
