About Greg Daniels

Gregory Martin Daniels is a screenwriter, television producer, and director who co-created King of the Hill with Mike Judge. He adapted and executive produced the American version of The Office, co-created Parks and Recreation with Michael Schur, and wrote for The Simpsons. His work has earned five Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series for The Office. He later co-created Netflix's Space Force with Steve Carell and formed Bandera Entertainment with Judge.

Daniels reunited with Mike Judge in 2021 to form Bandera Entertainment, an animation company. Their production Praise Petey premiered in 2023 on Freeform and Hulu. In August 2025, a King of the Hill reboot premiered on Hulu, and a new series The Paper also launched in 2025.
