About Emme (model)

Emme, born Melissa Miller in 1963, became a pioneering plus-size model and body image advocate. She made history as the first full-figured model featured in People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People and the first plus-size spokesperson for Revlon. She hosted Fashion Emergency on E! Entertainment Television, launched multiple clothing lines including the Emme Collection, and authored four books on body positivity and self-acceptance.
