About David James Elliott
David James Elliott is a Canadian actor born in Milton, Ontario, best known for his decade-long portrayal of Commander Harmon Rabb Jr. on the military legal drama JAG, which ran from 1995 to 2005 across 227 episodes. Earlier television work included roles in The Untouchables and Melrose Place. He received a TV Guide Award for Favorite Male Actor in a Drama in 2000. Elliott reprised his JAG role in NCIS: Los Angeles in 2019 and appeared in the wrestling drama series Heels.
